Delivery time:

When you place your order on working days before 16.30 o clock, your order will be shipped (if all ordered products are in stock) at the same workingday. 

If the delivery time is exceeded with more than 30 days, the customer can cancel its purchase.

Warranty:

All of our products are delivered including 2 years warranty. If you would like to return your product under warranty, we would like to ask you to contact us by e-mail: info@triptrackersportsmate.com or by phone: +31(0) 488 411 011

Shipment:

All orders are shipped through TPG Post. As soon as your order will is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace URL of TPG Post. You can use this URL to trace the location of your shipment. 

Payment methods:

You can use the following payment methods at this webshop: 

• Pre-payment (pay after placing your order, e.g. through wired transfer)
• Pay cash (pay cash if you have chosen to pick up your order at our office in Dodewaard, The Netherlands. Please note that we do not have any money available for exchange!)
• iDEAL (pay directly through the trusted environment of your own online banking environment. Please, not that this service is only available in The Netherlands!)
• Remboursement (pay your order to the postmen, ATTENTION! this service is only available for deliveries in The Netherlands)

Pre-payment
If you have chosen for pre-payment, you will receive an e-mail within several minutes after placing your order. This e-mail contains payment instructions for your order, so you can pay e.g. through wired transfer. Depending on your bank, we usually receive your payment within 1-3 working days. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be shipped within 1 working day.

Pay cash
If you would like to pick up your order at our office in Dodewaard, The Netherlands, you are able to choose the cash payment method. In this case we will contact you by phone or by e-mail to make an appointment on which day you can pick up your order. Please note that we do not have any money for exchange!

iDEAL
Pay safe and easy? This is possible through iDEAL, the new payment standard for The Netherlands. If you are banking at the Rabobank, ABN Amro or Postbank, you can pay through the online banking environment of your own bank. The money will be transferred imediately and your order will usually be shipped at the same working day.

Remboursement
When you would like to pay your order at delivery, you should choose remboursement as delivery method. This service is only available for The Netherlands!

Returning order within 7 days after purchase:

For all your online sales you will be able to return the product within 7 days (starting from the moment your product is delivered). Within these 7 days you can return your product to us. If you do so, you will receive your order ammount in return.
